Delivery Information
We offer a 2-3 day free of charge delivery for all web orders over £25 before VAT and an overnight delivery service at extra charge. Standard 2-3 day delivery is at a cost of £6 inc VAT for all orders under £25 before VAT.
To ensure Next day guaranteed deliveries orders must be placed before 12 noon, Next day deliveries are between 08.00 and 17.30 the following day from order excluding weekends and bank holidays.
These prices are for UK Mainland shipments only, please contact us for overseas and offshore UK shipment rates.
Any shipment received that appears damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged with the carrier. Returned goods which are not faulty are subject to a handling charge of 10%.
Returns Policy: Any goods to be returned must be received within 7 working days, no refund or credit agreement will apply if goods are received after the expiry of the period of seven working days. Following this period ending any returned goods will be exchanged for credit within 30 days and subject to a variable handling fee.
