Refunds & Returns

  1. Damaged or Faulty items.
    Faulty or damaged items should be returned within 14 days for inpspection. To be eligible for a return, you must contact steerforth sales to receive a returns note to include in the shipment. Any shipment received that appears damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged with the carrier.
  2. Items ordered Incorrectly.
    Incorrectly ordered items should be returned within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must contact steerforth sales to receive a returns note to include in the shipment. Returned goods which are not faulty are subject to a handling charge of 15%
  3. Wrong items received or shortages.
    Steerforth should be made aware of any wrongly supplied items or shortages within 14 days. Steerforth will arange shipment of correct items as soon as possible.
  4. Shipping.
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item *unless the item is deemed faulty or supplied incorrectly*. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Refunds.
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  6. ALL RETURNED ITEMS SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A STEERFORTH RETURNS NOTE.
